ခင္ဗ်ား သိျပီးသားေတြလည္းျဖစ္ခ်င္ျဖစ္ေနမွာပါ ဖတ္ၾကည ့္လိုက္ရင္သိမွာပါ မသိေသးရင္ေတာ့ နည္းနည္း ျပင္ဆင္ဖို႕အခ်ိန္ရသြားမွာေပါ့ေနာ္။

၁။ခင္ဗ်ားအလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္မယ့္ကုမဏီ ေကာ္ပိုေရးရွင္း ၾကီးေတြ ( ဘယ္ေနရာ ဘယ္သူ႔ဆီမွာဘဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ) အေၾကာင္း ျဖစ္ႏီုင္မယ္ဆိုရင္ ရသေလာက္ သိေအာင္လုပ္ ပါ ေမးပါျမန္းပါ စပ္စုပါ ဒါဆိုရင္ ခင္ဗ်ား သူတို႕အေၾကာင္း သူတို႕ ဘာေတြလုပ္ေနတာဆိုတဲ့အေၾကာင္း သိလာျပီဆိုရင္ သူတို႕ခင္ဗ်ားရဲ႕စိတ္၀င္စားမႈနဲ႕ ေလ့လာမွတ္သားတတ္တဲ့ အေလ့အက်င့္အရည္အခ်င္းေတြကိုသူတို ႔ သိေအာင္ လက္ခံသြားေအာင္ ခင္ဗ်ားလုပ္ႏိုင္ျပီေပါ့ဗ်ာ။
၂။ interview လုပ္ဖို႕ သတ္မွတ္ေပး ထားတဲ့ ေနရာကို အနည္းဆုံး ၁၀ မိနစ္ ၾကဳိေရာက္ေအာင္သြား ပါ ဒါမွမဟုတ္လည္း အခ်ိန္အတိအက် ေရာက္ေအာင္သြားမယ္။
၃။ သင့္တင့္ေလွ်ာက္ပတ္တဲ့ အ၀တ္အစားကို ၀တ္သြားဖို႕ေတာ့ လုံး၀မေမ့ပါနဲ႔ေနာ္။ ဒါက First Impression ေလ။ အဲဒီၤ ပထမဦးဆုံး ခင္ဗ်ားကို ျမင္တာနဲ႕ အမွတ္ေတြေပးခ်င္စိတ္ေပါက္ေအာင္ ၀တ္တတ္စားတတ္ဖို႕လိုတယ္ေနာ္။
၄။ဧည့္ခံၾကဳိဆိုမယ့္သူ ကိုေတြ႕ရင္ ကိုယ့္ ကို ကိုယ္ မိတ္ဆက္ေပးဖို႔လိုမယ္ဗ်။ ကိုယ္နဲ႕ေတြ႕တဲ့သူေတြအားလုံးကို အထင္ၾကီးေလးစားေလာက္တဲ့ ဟန္ပန္မူယာ ေလးနဲ႕ ဆို ပိုေကာင္းတယ္။
၅။ လက္ဆြဲႏႈတ္ဆက္ၾကျပီဆိုရင္ သူ႕မ်က္လုံးကိုတည့္တည့္စိုက္ၾကည့္မယ္ တစ္ျခားေဘးဘီ ၀ဲယာကို မ်က္လုံးက ေရာက္မသြားေစနဲ႕။ အဲလိုအမူအရာက ေလးနက္မႈကို ေလ်ာ့ပါးေစလိမ့္မယ္။
၆။အခန္းထဲ၀င္ ျပီးလို႕ အင္တာဗ်ဴးမယ့္သူေတြ ေရွ႕ကိုေရာက္တာနဲ႕ ခ်က္ျခင္းေတြ႕တဲ့ ထိုင္ခုံမွာ ၀င္မထိုင္လိုက္မိေစနဲ႕ေနာ္။ သိပ္အေရးၾကီးတယ္ မၾကာခဏ ေတြ႕ရတယ္ ။ ကိုယ္ထိုင္ဖို႕ ထားေပးထားတာဘဲဆိုျပီး ေပါ့ေပါ့ေလးေတြးျပီး ထိုင္ခ်မိလိုက္တာနဲ႕ ခင္ဗ်ားေရွ႕မွာရွိေနၾကတဲ႕ ပုဂၢဳိယ္ၾကီးေတြက ခင္ဗ်ားကို Respect ေပးတတ္တဲ့သူမဟုတ္ဘူးလို႕မ်ားေကာက္ခ်က္ခ်လိုက္ျပီဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ေစာေစာကေျပာတဲ့ First imprssion ေဒါင္းသြားျပီလို႕သာမွတ္ဗ်။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ခြင့္ေတာင္းျပီးမွထိုင္ဖို႕ လုံး၀( လုံး၀ ) မေမ့နဲ့ေနာ္။
၇။ ေမးလာတဲ့ေမးခြန္းေတြကို ေျဖဆိုတဲ့အခါမွာ ေစ့စပ္ေသခ်ာေအာင္ အေသးစိတ္ အစီအစဥ္ တက်ေျဖဆိုပါ။ ခင္ဗ်ားရဲ႕ အတတ္ပညာစြမ္းရည္ေတြနဲ႕ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္စြမ္းေတြကို ေဖၚညႊန္းႏိုင္တဲ့ အခ်က္အလက္ပါ၀င္ ေအာင္ေျဖဆိုေပးဖို႕အေရးၾကီးသလိုဘဲ ေမးခြန္းနဲ႕ မသက္ဆိုင္တာေတြဆို လုံး၀မေျပာမိေစနဲ႕ေနာ္ ။အဲဒီမဆိုင္တာေတြကုိ သူတို႕မ ွမေမးတာေလ၊ ေမးလာတဲ့ေမးခြန္းနဲတိုက္ရုိက္သက္ဆိုင္တဲ့ အေျဖကိုဘဲ ေပးမိပါေစ။

In the end, I ran.
I ran because I was a coward. I was afraid of Assef and what he would do to me. I was afraid of getting hurt. That’s what I told myself as I turned my back to the alley, to Hassan. That’s what I made myself believe. I actually aspired to cowardice, because the alternative, the real reason I was running, was that Assef was right: Nothing was free in this world. Maybe Hassan was the price I had to pay, the lamb I had to slay, to win Baba. Was it a fair price? The answer floated to my conscious mind before I could thwart it: He was just a Hazara, wasn’t he?
I ran back the way I’d come. Ran back to the all but deserted bazaar. I lurched to a cubicle and leaned against the padlocked swinging doors. I stood there panting, sweating, wishing things had turned out some other way

“Do you want me to run that kite for you?”
His Adam’s apple rose and fell as he swallowed. The wind lifted his hair. I thought I saw him nod.
“For you, a thousand times over,” I heard myself say.
Then I turned and ran.
It was only a smile, nothing more. It didn’t make everything all right. It didn’t make anything all right. Only a smile. A tiny thing. A leaf in the woods, shaking in the wake of a startled bird’s flight.
But I’ll take it. With open arms. Because when spring comes, it melts the snow one flake at a time, and maybe I just witnessed the first flake melting.
I ran. A grown man running with a swarm of screaming children. But I didn’t care. I ran with the wind blowing in my face, and a smile as wide as the Valley of Panjsher on my lips.
